This is a photo of Micho Russell in O’Connor’s Pub by Peter Mirolo taken in August 1982.
A few words from Peter about this photograph:
“… A typical day in Doolin back then. You’d walk into the pub on an afternoon and you’d never know who’d be there. I do remember that was a particularly quiet day with only a handful of people in the pub… Nowadays, of course the place is packed, morning, noon, and night!”
